Working enviroment is very friendly. Salary is always on time. Highly recommeded to those programmers who aspire to work in latest technologies. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of those companies in Kolkata which will let you learn a lot with respect to new technologies and concepts. I joined this company some one and a half year back wherein this company taught me a lot and also presented me with an opportunity to grow.
Best part is I never have to think twice regarding salary because it's always on time and without issues. In many occasions of holidays during 1st we also receive salary before the 1st of the month.
This place has a great future because people who are running this company have great credentials apart from that they have that human touch too.
And last but not the least out here you have people in the HR team who really care for employees and very cooperative.
P.S- My previous company was Wipro BPO where I worked for 5 years and I was a bit apprehensive about GRM Tech but today after spending almost 2 years in GRM Tech I feel much better in terms of my peace of mind, work life balance and the kind of high end work I do here.

Got great appreciation at work and achieved promotion wherein I am managing a team now. Management and Operations works like a family and creates a great environment to work with. You will attain a huge learning curve working with him, specially in reference to technology which is the backbone of this company. Great work environment and job stability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never seen this type of Company. I applied to this company viewing a job requirement notice. The Company has given me a work assignment for machine test. I completed the task and they asked for the next round. The online interview has taken more than 2 hours. After that, they said HR will let you know. Till today I didn't get any call or text from the company side. The interview date was more than one month ago. I have wasted all valuable time behind this interview. My experience is a very unprofessional and negative approach. I don't know what will be the work environment of the company.
