★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better societies to stay on Salunke Vihar road in Pune. There are other society on this road and area but these are too big. Green Acres Society is smaller, well managed and very kids friendly. The access road inside is well paved, there's a fountain to give an aura of tranquillity, garden for kids
With few play slides swings and monkey pole. For adults you have a swimming pool sauna gym table tennis and basketball court. There is a 24 hrs security which monitors the access and exit of maids / vendors who have been called in by the flat owners.
Society periodically host events and parties so that people can meet and gossip .. a healthy way to make sure everyone is well informed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great society to live. Active management committee and lots of events and functions happening through out the year. The society is quiet and great place for morning and evening walks. There is a club house with gym sauna and swimming pool. There is a table tennis table, badminton court and a children's play area. For the senior citizens there are chairs laid out in the evening around 5.30pm for them to sit in the garden and chat. It's so heartening to see them sitting and having a great time.
There is a composit area where the wet and dry garbage is converted into manure for the garden. Society even gets a tax benefit against this.
Security is good and the maids entry and exit is controlled at the gate
It's a cosmopolitan society and lots of kids around ..so very much active.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be good society. Cosmopolitan. Neat & clean. Posh & Rich. Spacious flats. Salunke Vihar road is so ugly that it is a mismatch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on Salunkhe vihar road, in Kedarinagar, Kondhwa Khurd. Next to Rahul residency huge premises with posh looking buildings. Nearby are some well known cafes and restaurants.
