★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave the test on 18th November and still after 42 + hours I have not received my test results I think they are making vaccines for Covid 19 that's why keep it up green cross.
Went for Covid test there and they literally took the test on the stairs and when someone was passing by there the guy told me it is not allowed to do the test on stairs furthermore during taking the blood sample he was very untrained and it started to pain even after hours of giving the test.
NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISGUSTING LAB SERVICE. Not picking up phone ever and no customer service. no reply on whatsapp. should stop their lab if they don't want to give any service. made 50 calls in past 2 hours no reply no call pickup. ABSOLUTELY BOGUS during this pandemic they dont care for customers. HI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with a path lab. They don't answer their mobile and put the landline receiver off the hook so there is no way you can reach them. They charge you a bomb and extra for blood sample collection of covid patient. But third grade service.... They simply do not care.... They are behaving as if they are doing people a favour. Will not recommend this lab to anyone.... Wish I could give them even less than 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience with the people of sola branch, their prices of the same tests differ from branch to branch, which I was unaware and wanted to understand and request the person to clarify on the situation, he first tried and then pass on the call to someone else and then unpon asking he do come on call and asked the connect with the manager.
The only reason I wanted to understand as my doctor recommended it for their accuracy and the person mentioned that the instruments changes so the prices - "that doesn't mean accuracy also compromise".
I was looking forward to take up your services but unfortunately, you guys were suddenly anavailable.
FYI - The only positive review is from the employee of sola branch.
