★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic in emailing report , I called several times then I got my covid report , later my other reports were remaining which they said there electricity failure is there . Again in the evening when I called then they replied we are looking into it , still I have not received my reports which they should email themselves , really poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M not happy with recepition staff behaviour and the way they treat patient is very bad not receiving phone i called so many times but not replying properly .Then I went at lab but the girl and that man setting at reception was not behaving properly . Even they were bussy in there own talking not answering properly .as if they were gf and bf they were bussy in there own talking and not replying properly .is this culture of your lab m not happy with recep staff.

I've been trying for yesterday to call this Branch in two alternatives number of this Branch.
There is no response.
This is how you treat your customer??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience wid dis lab. I had called for covid tests for my whole family (4 persons) at my home. I asked the rate, the person told me ₹2500+500 home service for a ppe kit. I asked total amount n he told me ₹12000. I was surprised n asked him that the person who would come for doing tests is going to wear the same ppe kit for all 4 people then why the hell ur charging 3000 for all 4 tests. He argued n told me dis is how it works. It was necessary for me to get tests done at my home. I surrendered n called him for the tests. He took ₹1500 extra from me. This is how dis ppl take such opportunities to loot people who have no other option. Govt should take action n cancel the licenses of such labs n doctors!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request the Doctor Umang Patel who is operating this lab to look at the staff and how they are operating on ground.
The person came for Covid test asked if I am doing it for Travel purpose. I said so he had barely touched the sample stick to outer part of nostril area and just my tongue for a second only. He didn't care to take sample of deep nostril or throat. He asked 550 rupees.
I had booked covid test appointment via CNH care The test was free for my organization. However this person (Sikandar Desai) got angry and started arguing even after showing at details.
Bad.
