Where the management is very bad.
Specially their behaviour.
All the talks will be about values and honesty.
But their actions will be totally opposite to that.
All the experienced teachers are leaving the school just because of their behaviour and workload.
Everyday new teachers ( freshers ) are coming.
You will hardly find any experienced teacher in the school.
# In advertisement they will not mention the type of recruitment they are doing.
# They not disclose anything about the salary untill and unless you ask.
# Once you join they will take atleast 2 months to give the offer letter.
# Then to hide their punctual work culture the letter will be signed on the back date.
# The offer Letter can be given on rough page also.
# freshers will be given 32000 per month.
# everyone will be hired on temporary basis. You can be asked to leave the school.
Anytime they feel like.
# Authorities are very demotivating.
Fake teachers accociation election are done.
And in that you will indirectly asked to vote for the candidates according to their wish.
And if you didn't do anything according to their wish.
You will be asked to leave the school on the same day.
I feel disgusted that I joined this institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This school never had any managment always kids were running here and there , even once i got hurt . Till 5th the teachers were alright but in 6th they used very abusive language and when ever we asked them any questions they said " why are you asking me search to google " they even said us to take out our own questions from the chapter and write our own answers and they never explained us anything.
Only thing i want to say is that this school deserves 1 star rating
