★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having come to know from an Advertisement published in The Telegraph. We have come to visit GREEN MALL all the way from Howrah. We bought an Indoor Fountain & two stainless steel chair.
We saw there Wooden Gazebo, Artificial Plants, Outdoor Furniture, Garden Jhula, Wheel barrow and much more.
They are also offered Herbal Tea. It was superb Place. I will visit there soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Green mall is spread out over a huge area and they have many varieties of plants on sale, especially palms.
Gardening tools, fertilizer, potting mix etc are also available.
It is a very calming experience just walking through the place among all the greenery.
Their cocopeat powder is very good quality.
They only deal in plants, not seeds.
There is limited parking space inside and they are situated on a narrow main road where you can't park for long at least.
Luckily there were very few visitors when i went. You might be in a fix if you can't park inside as you'd usually drive to reach that location.
I wouldn't even mind paying a basic entry fee just to spend some time in a well maintained garden like theirs, once in a while. Maybe they'll see this opportunity for people looking to get away from the city and work out some arrangements with additional visitor parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor sales response and client service. Sales people at the reception are very reluctant to show around and you really need to push and ask repeatedly for their service. The collection too was quite poor this time. This place is soo huge and can be so promising for plant lovers. Unfortunate that it is left to be managed by some uninterested people who have no regards towards proper sale or clients' satisfaction. Would have given only 1 star but quality of previous purchases were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Green Mall is an incredibly moving place. The sheer intensity of care provided to the plants are truly beautiful and behavior of staff as well.
The plants in themselves are lush healthy and basically exquisite.
Also they have lots of gardening items are available in here.
We have had a aesthetic experience here , Thank you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for large scale requirements. Need improvement for customer support, few staffs are reluctant to provide pricing details, not available away from reception area.
Attached canteen food is so so, needs improvement.
Pricing is 1.5x higher than our local nursery. I am not going second time for personal requirement.
