★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a customer...I would like to give the project green republic a 5 star ...but I m giving 4 star...Overall project green republic ...is surrounded by full unobstructed view and full ventilation..But it was unsatisfactory due to service provided at lift..I was waiting for lift since 15-20.min..inspite that lift was in running condition..they wont entertained me.I went by stairs and returned by stairs..It is a kind request by me to builder..pls look for service..

The society is relatively nee filled with Demographic age group of 30-50 as primary and with kids on the range of 0-9
While the building has its flaws, it is aesthetically a visual treat and people are friendly.

About Green Republic : I am always a fan of green initiatives. i.e environmentally friendly practices and this society is all about it along with all the luxurious aminities all are young crowd with age 0-9 children's. So i have booked a 2bhk flat which is very spacious and at peaceful place in Wagholi,Pune. I am excited to be there very soon with my family ☺️
About Team :
Sales Manager (Alankar) is very loyal, cooperative and friendly person.
Site Engineer (Tejas) is technically sounds well. Always ready to accept the changes and take responsibilities.
Project Owner ( Sachin Bora ) & Project head (Aditya ) is a kind hearted and humble personality. They will tell you each and everything abt this project in detail. Also their intention about green environment is fantastic.
They built and maintaine property like their children.
Office Boy (Krishna) is a simple person who is ready to serve you by 24*7. He will never gonna disappoint anyone by his coffee ?
P.S - if you’re looking for a property and once you visit this place , you will not gonna step outside without your bookings. ??
