★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only problem its extremely inside of Behala Chourata and the roads are not good. Overall the place is very nice. Had a wedding reception inside greenfield city. The banquet hall was big, and had the capacity of 500+ people.

Would be great if they could manage this water issue.. otherwise everything else is fine. Rest of the things are good. Vehicle has been provided to receive and drop from and to main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we started living here from Dec"21.I really regret to buy a flat in this society as Helpdesk person never take the complaint seriously or just for showoff they keep the help desk.
Today big accident happened due to negligence of builders & Maintenance.
I have launched a complaint few days back by calling in Help desk that washroom ceilings are getting damp/water logging,next day person came & he said nothing happen and they avoid the complaint.
After that on 10th April my wife went to washroom as she came out,then default false ceiling given by builder of washroom fall down suddenly she was very close to it..Refer the pics & video for details.
Till date maintenance office fail to fix the water leakage.Need below answer from Srijan group but they avoiding and fail to give these ans.
1) Let me know know is responsible for this incident & who will be responsible for this if happen again in future.??
2) Who will be responsible if anything happen to my family member because of your negligence and worst quality & poor engineering.??
2) Is this kind of maintenance you are serving for our safety.??
