★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very conjusted and dirty campus. All the flats are very old type, rooms are very small size, all the buildings are not painted at least for few years. The physical condition of the construction are very poor. The front side road is narrow. The roads are also dirty. Over and above the rating of SWARANIKA HOUSING is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for home. A peaceful neighborhood with very friendly neighbours, no pollution inside, many playgrounds are there inside the society. Many types of flats are there according to budget, which is now nearly occupied with more than 400 families. Green is abundant in every nooks and crannies. A soothing eye candy for many this is a society known for abnormal increase in sales value for older flats, despite heavy depreciation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good housing complex.Extremely calm and quiet environment.Location is very good. There is no issue for transportation.Market,swimming pool,gym,ATM,saloon/parlour etc. are nearby. There are total 5 playgrounds in the premises. Nice place for leisurely walk.Open parking facility is there. 24 hours security service is available.
