★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location and flat is good, but the behavior of builder and their commitment is worse. Builder speaks as if they are doing favor on us by selling flat. once they fail on their commitment, they easily say that 4 to 5 months is normal delay for any project. further once flat is sold then they tell us not to believe on commitment given by their sales guy... if RERA would have not been there then would easily play with customer. Thanks to RERA at least someone is there to control them.
