★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and inefficient staff. They just make you wait for no reason. Very bad experience so far.
They advertise that they give a great service..but the reality is FAR from it.
If you are going for a home loan with this bank..please think about it before you go for it..coz this bank will bring in one technical thing after the other and you will end up having so many trips to the bank that you would feel like you are dealing with SBI (or worse).
Also, I don’t know if this bad experience was limited to this branch or the whole of the bank.
Beware... don’t want my experience to happen to others.
