★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. TAKE ORDERS BUT DO NOT DELIVER ENTIRE ORDER. Supposed to be a digital platform but they take orders and bill us when they do not have stock. No apologies, we don't have stock so money will be refunded in 2-7 days. Meanwhile I have to go to some other shop and pick up missing items. One of the items I bought, Bay leaf was of very low quality. Soya bean also very small size grains. The price also not very good despite claiming 30-50% off. NEVER AGAIN

Attempts to reach their support number went in vain as the number does not get connected at all.... Tried several times.... I HAD TO SADLY POST THIS ISSUE HERE HOPING TO GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED.... I GUESS ITS NOT REQUIRED FOR ME TO ESCALATE THIS FURTHER BEYOND THIS AS SOMEONE FROM SUPPORT WOULD ATTEND AND CLOSE THIS ISSUE.

Cashew for gravy 1kg item is not delivered when we checked all other items. Your delivery person had marked it with a X against this item. The total amount including item not delivered is already paid.
Please ensure that this item is delivered urgently. Awaiting your reply.

I have recived order today jeera river is infested with insects and corn is seal opened and pepper packet damaged. I've been ordering from you since December. But this time the order is total disaster after paying close to 2800 I've handful of defective and quality which is not fit to consume.
I've been trying to call your toll free number but gets disconnected instantly after dialling.
Please have all these collected and refund the amount, I'll buy elsewhere.
Ordered delivered on 12th May until today I've been v trying the toll free which never gets connected and instantly disconnects soon after dialling. Emailed on 13th still today 18 th no response to email.
This is very bad to treat anyone especially during this pandemic were everyone is going through bad times, and you as an essential service delivered bad quality items which is not fit for consumption and now not even responding.

They promise 1 day delivery which never happens within not less than 4 to 5 days.In
In Case items are not available, then they make sure you to keep calling them for multiple times to remind of the refund. Again the refund would take a week time and within these time, you would here a refund promise with in 30 mins which is a lie
In my case they took 5 days for the refund after so many calls
Be careful before you place an order. There is not any mechanism to handle refunds, customer greviences.
I would certainly don't buy from them and better to pick those items from nearby store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 1 kg Tamarind( order no 000096463). Item is of very very poor quality contrary to their claims. Customer service phone no/WhatsApp chat no not picked up despite many attempts.
On complaint, this product was replaced. But the replaced product also found to have hair, worms etc. Better to avoid this people.
