β β β β β SBI Shankar nagar Mahalaxmi layout is quite spacious, follows covid rules, one person at a time is allowed into the ATM, inside the hall people can sit at a distance, staff weras a mask n hand gloves, service is OK not very quick, the present Manager lady is very good, she helps you out n sorts out your doubts n queries.

β β β β β At 1 pm the entire branch shuts down systems. Only one officer was available, who asked whether it's my branch and then denied the simple service of making a deposit.

β β β β β There is no zero star rating possible else would have given that.
Till 1:00 pm the Single window Operators do sth other than attending customers. I asked many times and they gave the same answer- "system is getting started". I was like seriously...your system is not boot till 1:00 pm and you are casual about it. Missing the lunch or going home times are serious issues for you.
Really unprofessional and rating is 1/10 in comparison to any other private bank.
