Pros:
1) Excellent Work Culture - Extremely collaborative, helpful and exciting work culture. Every day was a new challenge and kept me on my toes.
2) Steep Learning Curve - I joined straight out of college and got to work across multiple domains like Investment Banking, Product Management, Sales Automation.
3) Opportunity to interact with CXOs of clients at a very early stage in the career
4) Flat Hieracrhy - No discrimation based on seniority, everybody was treated equally and was equally approachable
5) Lucrative Pay with flexible work policies
6) Perfect Work-life balance with arrangement of various fun activities throughout the month
Cons:
1) Not the place for someone who is unwilling to contribute or put forth ideas or take intiatives.

Being from non finance background It was all new for me in Investment banking domain but my mentor and other team members helped me a lot throughout my journey.
