I had a great experience with my session with Swathi. After the session I am snake to better manage my thoughts which trigger my anxiety. Looking forward for further sessions. Swathi carefully listens to the issues very patiently and her advise is perfect and getting to the root cause approach is very nice.

I had my sessions with Swathi ma'am. It's been really helpful for me. She is an expert and can give proper guidance. She listened to me patiently and taught me a lot of things. My anxiety has reduced a lot after undergoing therapy with her. I feel much more at peace and I know how to manage my emotions better. Anyone suffering from anxiety and related depression, I recommend taking therapy from her.

Swathi is an excellent psychologist who really listens to problems and tries to help. The techniques she teaches, especially with regards to controlling anger, really work. She's very honest from the beginning that therapy requires the participation of both the therapist and client. and that the pace of change is different for everyone. Swathi also doesn't unnecessarily recommend medication without first seeing the progress. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is serious about improving their mental health.

Swathi's sessions proved to be very helpful to me. She listens to issues fully and registers everything with an aim to sort issues out by priority. The tools and techniques provided seemed most logical and helped a lot. She is very honest about the fact that therapy entails a lot of effort from the individual seeking it as well, bearing this in mind from my first session we both worked hand in hand very efficiently. She made me feel very comfortable in opening up to her about anything I wanted to discuss.

My sessions with Swathi were really good. She helped me with different strategies to overcome my issues. She is also very patient and understanding. She is really good at listening and tries to capture the maximum information before she suggests any techniques. Would recommend people to talk to her when in need

I recently took the initiative to get help for my anxiety. Swathi Ma'am has been nothing but amazing to me. She is calm and understanding and made me feel instantly comfortable. I noticed improvement from the very first session and my anxiety has significantly reduced thanks to her guidance and support. The techniques taught to me by Swathi Ma'am are very useful and have helped me all the time. CMH and Swathi Ma'am have made a huge difference in my life and I would highly recommend them.

Extremely commercial women. 1500 per consultation and regular weekly sessions but despite all that, there’s just no betterment. We don’t even pay doctors this much. Will respond only with regards to an appointment, not otherwise. Why did you even choose psychology as a subject/career? Just to loot people? Or just to fool them into believing that you’re any good at helping them live a better life? You’re not as good as you think you are, let me tell you. I certainly don’t care for your qualifications because none of them really match upto the advice/guidance we get from other professionals who are, in-fact, good at their jobs unlike a bunch of you sitting around telling people that the 5 count breathing and meaningless imagination will improve their lives. This therapist of mine was just so so commercial and she wanted me to have weekly follow ups and I couldn’t for personal reasons and the very fact that I was preoccupied because of my exams. How do you expect me to have a session during my exams? And despite knowing that, she’s asking me WHEN WILL YOU RESUME? Listen, you’re not doing us a favour by giving us your time…we’re paying you for your services and we’re paying a hefty amount. She even threatened to DISCONTINUE THE SESSIONS if I dont have regular ones. Approached her after my exams and then she said that she doesn’t really have time for me and despite repeated requests for appointments she just blankly refused and said she’s unwilling to accommodate me. All this because I couldn’t keep regular follow ups because I was having exams. This is how they treat clients. And no, after having therapy here, Im just convinced that therapy is really not a solution to any of your problems and a bunch of women who failed to secure a job somewhere meaningful have just turned to psychology, in an attempt to lure weak desperate people into giving them money and in exchange, helping them with nothing. Talk to a friend/relative/parent/sibling instead of having therapy here, those people will give better advice and so will google. You don’t need to work so hard and pay money to these people, they’re not great. All the positive reviews over here seem fake. Don’t approach the psychologists here, THEY NEED THERAPY THEMSELVES AND ALSO SOME BASIC MANNERISMS ON HOW TO TREAT CLIENTS.
