★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello to all volunteers and manasmitra of parivartan. It is my great pleasure I met u all at parivartan. I started to attend the day care center of parivartan 4 years ago by suggestion of
one of my relatives who attended awareness program conducted by parivartan. I am completely transformed in last 4 years. Anger, laziness, fast food and fits at regular intervals integral part of myself before coming to day care center. In last four years I learned to cope up with my anger and laziness. I learned to eat healthy food. Almost I don't had the fit in last two years. Parivartan is my family and I suggest all my friend struggling with mental disorder to please take medicine and join us at day care for happy living.

Here at centre I feel like family. I learned lot of things here and helped me to increse my confidence. All staff members of parivartan supportes me in my thick and thin. I am working on my addiction and parivartan is helping me in all possible way with their love and affection. ❤
