★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This definitely is one of the best place to get cars on rent in Pune. Also, the rents and deposits are budget friendly and service is remarkable. They prefer customer's need over their policies.
Still the management is casual towards letting out the car and this can lead to misunderstandings with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivezy employee in Kothrud are goons , they will force you to pay money even if you have not damage the car....the car which you will receive is damage and accidental car and they repair on jugaad technology like iron wire ....if you'll not pay the money they will force you to sit at the car parking site for 3-4 hours and they will call their 4-5 people and force you to pay money.... After all if you go to police they will not help you and police ask you to pay the money ... because drivezy owner has internal setting. So it's better to not take car from drivezy.also customer care are not receiving call when you are going to drop car at 8pm....worst customer service experience by drivezy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with drivezy. That too for second time. Very unprofessional service, customer care number doesn't even work. Very badly maintained cars/vehicles. First time, the car's wipers weren't working that too in monsoon season, which were a necessity, had to change to different car. Pickup was late by 2 hours. Second time, the car had 4 punctures at the time of pickup, had to mend them first. The interior of the car were very dirty. The entire plan was delayed and ruined.
Unsatisfied with the overall experience. Prefer zoomcar or try any service else before this.
