★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent collection of modern and ethnic designs and greater ambience of the shop. But the crowd in the busy season month is too heavy and on weekends fighting for space . The making charges are high on our purse. But the designs and customer service experiences are excellent making us loyal repeat customers for ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at a busy junction in Jayanagar. They offer car valet service (about 500m away from the building), bike parking is available within the building.
Jewellery designs are traditional and south indian. It's very crowded most of the time and a simple purchase could take easily take a couple of hours. Had been here a couple of time and we had got what we were looking for.

Also their hospitality is amazing. You can ask them a million doubts and they would definitely answer everything very patiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the ideal place for buying gold jewellery/ silver articles. Regular customer for more than a decade. They have chit scheme of two types. One for fixed sum with added benefits and other for equivalent gold for the monthly deposit. Quality of gold coin was good. Came to know about it when the coin was tested at a different listed gold company at the time of exchange of GRT gold coin for the purchase made there. They have outlets in most of the cities in South India. Reliable and trusted company so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very lucky shop for our family. We purchase from GRT both in Bangalore and Chennai. Here in this shop, the experience has always been good although it's very crowded on weekends. Suggestion would be to go on a weekday afternoon. Please use valet parking when you are there. Last week when I went to buy a silver article, came across a very charming guy by name Vishnu in fourth floor. Do pass a warm smile at him if you are there, nice chap.

Mainly it is trust of the brand, their customer service and the variety that they have on offering brings us back to this shop again and again. This is in one of the busy junctions in jayanagar. They offer vallet parking.
