★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ambience is not good its always crowded there are very less chairs , staff behavior Is not good ,they don't show interest in customers not very interactive , compared to others collection is also not so good , I had monthly saving scheme running, just to redeem I had to visit 5-4 times due to less designs, not at all satisfied even with the service or with the product ??
Edit after 3 months : they have some good designs now ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very polite. We just visited many gold show rooms for purchasing jewelleries for marriage, but we finalized lalithaa as our choice.
The price was very much affordable, lots of designs to choose from.
You get all segments under one roof.
It's a wonderful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the quality of work I expected from the jewelry company like this. The designer bangle we bought missed a piece just within a month of purchase. It was worn only once and when asked to be returned, the staff came up with policies which allowed us a full refund only within a week of purchase. Irony is that we trusted in the quality of making the product and apparently we did not guess this would turn out to be a bad making quality. I have now completely lost the trust in Lalitha jewelers Jayanagar for there poor making quality and poor handling of customers upon approaching for alternative options. Poor policies. Not at all as they advertise on their TVC! I highly do not suggest this jewelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place with convience of transportation and delivery. The place offers sliver, gold ornaments along with pictures of photo frames. The place also offers ordered jewellery with minimal price. This place has an offer with paying in installments. Here the company pays the first installment of our jewellery and rest amount we can pay in installments. It has also option of no making charges and no wastage for this installments basis.
