Valet parking available so no concern of parking. Very crowded on specific days otherwise billing is faster .. card is accepted only for limited amount...gpay accepted for complete amount

The varieties and patterns are aplenty, more specially for sith Indian designs. The staff was very courteous and responsive in showing the items you are evince interest in. You don't find the staff impatience even if you don't but any item (however, it rarely happens..... Many times you will but need items than you planned).
The ambience is very good in all the sections..... In all the floors.
The location is centrally located in the main business centre with easily accessible.
In addition, the vallet parking makes the prospective customers easy without the hassles of exploring parking slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are exchanging your old ornaments for a new one and if the price of new ornament is lesser, they return the balance provided it is less than 1000 Rs. I
f the balance is more than 1000Rs they tell you that they will retain it in their account and you can use it for next purchase.
When you insist is when they give you an option where you can receive your balance even if it is more than 1000Rs. Kindly be careful and insist on getting the balance back. Else they will retain it in their account until you go for a future purchase which I don't think is fair. They need to stop this practice as I consider this as cheating the common man by retaining our money and earning interest on our money.

Staff behaviour was sarcastic , sales person was interacting giggling among themselve they have to be trained on customer service skills .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer in GRT. I used to go madurai branch(tamilnadu) where ornament quality, price, service and hospitality is good. Compare to madurai, I see a difference in hospitality at this Bangalore kammanahalli branch . Pls improve hospitality too. I visited today quality as expected. But disappointed with the hospitality. It deserves 4 star for the trust they built with customers.
