When I showed him online price he used my coupon and took 300 extra.And this company making fool as they promise to payback 50% on return.
And there making charge is 85% on nose pin,and also online and offline product will same grm and same dimond.

I got 5700 worth kids stud,they said 100 percent exchange at anytime ...when I visited after a month for exchange as my daughter lost one ,and with one stud they valuating 1400 saying gst,tax bla bla.
This is how you cheat your trusted customers ...also I need to wait almost 25 days for this refund process,they will forget so need to go again and remember them.. irresponsible staffs ,show interest on selling product but not on customer's Queries..
They said it's 14 carat and to our surprise we cannot exchange it any other shop ,as the quality is not worthy.
I'm not going to trust this caratlane anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to Caratlane kamanahalli store, I always was fascinated by the design they offered but never actually got to visit the store in person . The first thing that I noticed is the way they welcome you to their store . The collection of jewelry was very confusing to choose from , mainly because you will like almost every item they show , and end up more confused to which one to select . Sales executive who helped me in my purchase ( my bad I forgot to get his name , mainly because I was so happy with my purchase that just want to reach back home and showoff the new addition to my collection ) was polite. Also worth mentioning that there was no waiting time in the store , as soon as we walked in assistance was provided .
By the way they have kept this cute little note in the bag . The note says 'You made our day ! We hope we made your's too !' and yes you guys did it wonderfully ... Definately I will visit you guys soon ... Have my eyes on some of those amezing collection you have on display ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are more than 7 jewelry stores on kamnahalli main road but this little Cartanlane shop is my favorite. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My kids were given a colouring book and colours as we walked in, this kept them busy while we had a look at the jewelry. Mr. Stone was very helpful, he showed us the purity of our gold and even polished our existing jewelry.
The ring collection and kids collection is very good. Must visit!
