★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am planning to invest in a gold scheme in one of the jewellery shops in kammanahalli, and was doing my homework, I have visited almost all the shops in the area, the last was Malabar jewellers besides west side. I waited 15minutes for someone to explain their scheme, but in vain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice collection of bracelet. But high percentage of making on rose gold items. No rebate. And there is no feeding room which is quite surprising. They were not even willing to arrange a chair in a room to feed the baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection,also light weight jewellery, beautiful, contemporary designs,varied collections in necklaces,chokers and chains.. however the staff were not much supportive and helpful..less crowded, probably people waiting for prices to dip down..will visit again..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visit to this place. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a jewellery store. Zero hospitality. Not one person bothered asking us what we need. My family were made to wait for 20 mins before anyone bothered to attend to us. We were treated like we were there for some free loading. The manager was Rude and disrespectful. If this is how you treat people who can afford what you sell, I can only imagine how you’d treat the underprivileged.
Without customer service and respect for the customer; what is the point of a business that looks fancy.
I’d recommend everyone to steer clear of this Malabar gold store in Kammanahalli.

Customer service is very not good and managers are not responding properly. Though very limited customers are there still they don't have enough staff to show the designs and billing takes minimum 20 to 30 min.
I never had a such bad experience in other Malabar branches.
If this branch is not concentrate on above points then I am sure they have to face less customers coming there.

I ordered two diamond rings. They took 50 days to provide rings. Still, both rings had problems. One ring diamond was smaller. The other ring is tight, although it was measured at the time of ordering. They can't even fix ring tightening problem and ask for more than 2 weeks to do this.l
