Your staff, Pradeep at the kammahalli branch hasn't even given the quotation requested for over 4 days ago, and has the audacity to ignore calls and avoid giving an update requested for. Unbelievable set of dumbos working here that have 0 passion or interest in doing their job.

Mr. Pradeep handled my booking with smooth processes throughout with paperwork he completed efficiently and was very prompt and keeping us informed on each & every step and following up regularly even after we returned from memorable holidays
Thank you soo much Mr. Pradeep because of you our family spent this holiday memorably

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have travelled through thomascook to Dubai in the month of October 2019 (27th October to 1st november) we have paid full tour amount with all inclusions, and As per the itinerary shared by Mr.Pradeep the arrival of flight at dubai airport was 1:30pm local time but the timings conveyed to the dubai tour operator was 10:30am local time.
local operator waited for us for almost 2hours and he was called back to his office.
We have waited in dubai airport for almost 2 hours for pickup to the hotel.
As per the communication from Mr.Pradeep he told us that no need to pay any tourism fee in DUBAI & ABUDHABI, but they have collected total 250/- dirhams from us for 5nights.
Due to miscommunication from 1st day itself, visit to dubai frame was cancelled on 1st day and the same has been adjusted to 4th day and we have visited by our own to dubai frame the charges paid by us was 588/- dirhams.
They have collected the DOLPHIN ENTRY fee 65/- dirhams from us.
As per your inclusions there was 5 dinners, but for the last day there was no dinner and we have taken the dinner at local restaurant by paying 450/- dirhams for 13members.
we were total 13Members, but the ticket issued for visiting the warner brother and ferrari world was only for 12 members. One of our person waited almost 3hours at warner brother entry gate to get inside the park.
As they told that there will be local tour guide with us for all 6days but there was no tour guide for all the days.
we have not expected such service from you/your local tour operator.
Your staff, Mr. Pradeep at the kammahalli branch hasn't even given the response requested for over a month ago, and has the audacity to ignore calls and avoid giving an update requested for.
The detail mail has been sent to Mr. Pradeep stating the problems which we faced in Dubai. He doesn’t have courtesy to respond to my mail.
This is worst experience we have faced.
