★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently visited the clinic after a year or so. Many things have changed - No eye contact, no acknowledgment of the patient, no detailed study of the reports. I used to be a big advocate of the doctor and his clinic due to the "family" element. I guess COVID has made everything and everyone impersonal - the staff and doctor are no exception.

Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also explains everything to me in a very clear manner.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met Dr Gaurav Sharma 3 years back and he has been our family doctor since then and doctor explains the issues very well and gives us the guidance on how to control it with minimal medicines. The tests that are prescribed are only to the issue that we are suffering with and doctor makes sure that get back to normal very soon. The clinic is very clean and the staff are well trained to handle the patients. Overall very much satisfied with the overall services provided.

He devotes considerable time in understanding the patients conditions and background which helps him proper diagnose of the health issue. On my recommendations, few more have consulted him and all are quite happy with the advise and treatment he suggests. He also undertakes video consultations.
