★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of light in flats is little problem, otherwise it is good and relatively peaceful. Although the main road is just in front of building, so it's difficult for walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a residential apartment (Gated colony). Flats are good & spacious but it is very dusty because of its location.
Water cans are available in the colony but no other thing. There is no shop nearby. If you need something in the night you have to go till main road.
There is a gym (Not many machines are available).
Maintenance is 3k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think a Prison is better than this place as it gets you proper water when u need it. This place is inhabitable. I m living here with my friends and there was not a single day we have not criticized this apartment. We are eagerly waiting for our contract to end. This building depends over water tankers for water supply. Most of the time we do not get a drop of water for a whole day and the pipes are blocked. We have spent critical times here. None of the owners take responsibility or willing to spend money for the repair work. Owners have not even applied for Kaveri Water Connection. They even tell you about the GYM but can u imagine a gym without even a fan?. This building is just a scam. Plz save yourself to get tortured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Society is Chill and the it's road facing in a prime location. A few cons is that the water supply sometimes gets a big problem, Very dark roads at night and have to walk a bit to buy some stuffs. But overall it's actually pretty decent place.
But #307 is 5 star. Haweli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment location is the one and only good factor..... Water Supply here would make you appreciate farmers who wait for rains..... You never know when water supply will be cut off and when it will come... The power backup is also faulty all the lights will be fluctuating when on generator you would prefer being in dark..... But aside everything its wonderful location makes it livable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small old society with only 2 buildings or blocks. Apartments are decent. Only the hall size is big. Has water problems once in a while. No nearby shops available. Good for people who have their own vehicles. Difficult to walk alone in the night from the main road.

The location is excellent for all the people working in Whitefield.
Gym facility is available. Parking space is also quite decent. The terrace is quite big in size. Flats are quite spacious.
Security system is also quite active. The only problem in the flat is the water scarcity occurs twice or thrice in the month.
