I know we have to take care of "glass materials". I have used this phone for 3 years before it started giving me trouble with touch.
Fact is... that now it is not working, 2 days after repair. And I am sure I have not dropped the phone or damaged it in any way.
Anyway it's my word against yours. Further I was sent on a wild goose chase to the spare parts supply shop.
No more repairs at unauthorised places for me. All the best
