★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had severe pain in my upper back & neck .The episode of pain would last for 45 minutes .I had sleepless nights for more than six months though I was on medication by other doctors. On 24 th Dec 2022 I had visited Dr Ishwaree clinic and told her about my problem . I decided to go with her 15days treatment plans. I was told to stop all the medicines. Within three days I was able to sleep for more than 8 hrs at stretch. From 8 th day my pain was completely gone for 5 consecutive days . Dr Ishwaree Deshmukh has power to imbibe belief in patient that they will recover soon and this is where half of the healing is done. Her planned high intensity exercise were magical . She has shown that without medicine you can be healed . I have experienced it , so will other patient . Dr Ishwaree , I am short of words to appreciate your dedication . It needs courage & self confidence to stop somebody's medicine. If you trust Dr Ishwaree , this one single thought will push you closer to the miracle you are waiting for so long.

Dr. Ishwaree is taking lot of efforts to make me independent. She is very caring and her positivity while treating patient is very helpful. Her staff is also very caring and helpful.

Dr Ishwaree not only treated my physical complaints, made me sporty and agile but also made me positive with her talk and all the positive msgs displayed all over the clinic. I saw great results not only in myself but also in patients being treated at the same time as me. Dr Ishwaree talks to her patients continuously and gives 100% attention one on one to her patients which gives 100% satisfaction to the patient. I wonder how she can keep talking so much so throughout the day! She also tells how a particular exercise correlates with your real life situation and how it will help you to react positively. This has come true in my case. Also she explains how our posture affects our life. I am grateful to Dr Ishwaree for my treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having pain in my left knee at the time of walking, so I called Dr. Ishwaree for advice and she suggested for a normal x-ray, which she found had primary stage of osteoarthritis.
When I visited Asha Advance clinic Dr.Ishwaree suggested few exercises with and without few equipment, emphasised on posture correction & guided on right feet position while walking. Surprisingly, after 1st session only I felt 90% relief. In few sittings I could feel the difference.
Dr Ishwaree is very dedicated to her work, pays 100% attention to each & every patient. She is very very energetic & supportive. Her staff too is trained, soft spoken and supportive.
I recommend Dr Ishwaree to everyone for correction of problems or pain in body with her insights, total attention & dedication while conducting physiotherapy.

I had severe backache and felt much better in a week and could start playing cricket at 55 years. The entire team is also very supportive.
