I have delivered my baby extremely preterm
But staff is very cooperative, very caring
And service is also very good
My baby was admitted two month...after that we go home with a healthy baby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I delivered my baby in 7.5 Months. It was an early delivery , My baby was admitted in Terna NICU . NICU STAFF is very good and hard working they follow the necessary hygiene to protect a premature Child. Staff is very much professional and very kind with patients..
But Hospital is Costly , it must be pocket friendly for all patients..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During covid19 pendamic 1st lock down I delivered my 1st child and that too a premature birth. My son had to admitted in to NICU dept of Terna Hospital, where Dr. Manisha Sardar and her assistant took care of our baby . It was Dr. Manisha who stood with us during our tough time and she actually helped us to be confident during that period.
We are grateful to Dr. Manisha and her team and don't have words to thank enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth service here. I got my jab (SputnikV) here. And believe me all thing was properly managed by Hospital staffs. Good sanization, good greenary and clean inside. Social distancing also followed.
But you know this kind of treatment Can't be FREE in India. Sputnik - very trending vaccine- costs 1145/- and so this good treatment. Even Vaccine cerificate come to your hand in 30min. Good caring hospital for vaccine. Adding some pics...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best doctors but worst staff. Nurse does not care, no cleaness 10 times you need to call them. Hospital will only call you to make the payment. Security will 100 times ask you where you going like . They should understand no one is happy to visit your hospital.
The staff only tell you about rules and regulations but they are not aware about there duties and responsibilities.
