★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not want to give less than 5 star for only one staff but I had to give. Whenever I have gone there always encountered with super helpful staff except today. I was there to take 2nd dose of Vaccination, started really well, they were managing well too. But the guy/staff who was present in the verification room was very rude from the beginning. When I was waiting outside the room he looked at me more than twice, my sixth sense was intact and working well so I guadged that he has something is different in his mind. But ignored as I always had a great experience with this hospital, I finished taking my dose and waited for 30mins. When I was about to leave, one couple who's token number was just after me, they told me to go & collect the certificate. I saw some people are coming out with the print out of certificate in hand so I followed that lady, but when I asked to take permission to enter the room that desk guy rudely told me "apka ho gaya hai aap jaw", so I told him that I came here to collect my certificate, so he shouted and told me that " wo mobile me aya hoga, wo dekhiye.................", I don't need that certificate but why this happened, is this expected, he is not giving free jabs from his pocket or neither the print, if hospital is providing hardcopy of the certificate then who is he to decide whom to give and not to give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vaccination experience was great, there was separate line for offline and online, the guy giving token was knowledgeable and was asking if there is anybody who had taken slot and standing in long offline queue and was handling people well, I got certificate minutes after taking vaccine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited there many times, for many purpose. Found that Doctors are so caring and filled with supportive energy, but the supporting medical staff is less caring and sometime they don't know what should be done at that time, where a person required some mental support and hope.
So comparing the negative and positive things, I would consider the positive part.
I would say one more thing that their services are great, however sometime the delivery may be effected due to various factors.
Thanks to all hospital staff and NMMC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice experience in OPD that senior lady Doctor was busy on phone with her relative from last 20 mins. Another junior doctor was waiting for her suggestion for treatment but her personal chat never end.
My treatment could be finished in 5 min but due to senior doctor bussyness on call its taken Half hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure about the negative comments written below, maybe it might have happened with people at the time. Everyone needs to know our hospitals are overwhelmed by all this. Also I personally don't believe hospital staff will be rude unless you might have said or done anything. It's easy to always blame others instead of ourselves.
This is an hospital with ample parking and close to Nerul station. From highway one can take a rickshaw and come it's approx ,3km from highway. The hospital premise is clean and maintained. Wheel chair entry is there. Has lot of counters for registrations. Seperate covid vaccination floor. The hospital is designated for 18+ vaccination and I got my vaccination done. The staff managed the vaccination very well, but people who came to be vaccinated really played spoil sport. We need to learn basic things and maintain order. The staff who was managing covid vaccination worked tirelessly and spoke well with all the people who came for vaccination. The medical officer in charge was approachable and talked politely with everyone.
Other facilities in the hospital were working as usual. Doctors were available on rounds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maasaheb Meenatai Thakarey hospital situated opposite nerul railway station in navi mumbai is one of the finest medical and emergency hospital in the vicinity. The hospital is run by the municipal corporation and is 6 story tall, with rates of different surgical process at very reasonable and affordable to common man. This hospital has lots of ambulatory support. Overall very good value for money.
