★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand the kind of humanity the hospital watchman posses. I have my immediate family member admitted in the hospital and there is no eatery outside and these watchman are so inhuman that they are not even letting you go in the basement to consume food. Is this the kind of hospitality you are providing your patients attendants. So sorry to say but you lack the basic humanity. Also can't we have two attendants so that we can relieve the earlier attendant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the hospital's which I won't prefer as first choice and it has nothing to do with money but ethics. They are highly professional in devising ways to extract money out of you. You have to be very vigilant so that u are not over charged. This is a typical 5 star hotel and not an hospital. Staff is ok. Covid guidelines are followed in the normal hospital but not elsewhere.
This is a covid vaccination centre as well and as per the brand it should have been done in a more organized way. However not to my surprise the hospital was not interested in maintaining any social distance among people waiting and also in the waiting area just before vaccination. The help at the entry point also dint check arogya setu or cowin.portal to confirm what vaccine I have or what vaccine I need to take. The chairs were not distanced enough and people were cramming in in rush ro get vaccinated. No seperate areas for registered users and walkins. People were only separated at actual time of vaccination. For brand like Apolo this should have been arranged in a much better manner.
Not impressed by the hospital and I did put my feedback to ivrs about the hospital and also on the declaration form.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father is admit here and each time I want to visit him they don't allow us to see him. I am not here to have fun or by choice. I am here to see him and take care of him. I would never like to come here if it was not for his condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is only about the 18-44 vaccination part.
Worst vaccination experience here. Had to wait almost 3 and half hours even when they called me to come at a specific time i.e., 1:50p.m. went there. The starting process of vaccination is taking place inside the parking lot(added photos to see). Yup, parking lot and a huge line(photos are added) and no place to sit because they called approx 1000 people and there were only 50-80 chairs(had to sit on the sidewalk). I want to say only one thing if you can't manage a big group of people then don't give appointment to that much people. I wanted to cancel and go home but my mother insisted to wait. Also, none of the social distancing followed(video as proof).
I know this is not a review moreover a rant but it is what it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother is been treated under Dr. Tejinder Singh at Apollo Belapur. It is always a warm experience at the hospital. The have a polite staff and Drs are also very warm in explaining the issue and the next line of treatment. Very much satisfied with the service at Apollo. We feel the atmosphere is really caring and warm. The billing staff Anand Vemdala is also very helpful.

1) If you are first time at opollo first register yourself with Apollo .
2) Go at reception and register online itself.
3) UID no. - massage will come at your register mobile number
4) show the no at you check up booking desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit. Reducing to 2 stars for the administrative dept. Got discharged in morning at 11 am. Left hospital at 9.30 pm. What a disappointment!!
My father was made to run from one department to another. The billing counters are woefully inefficient and were simply not sending the files ahead to the next department.
Have been visiting Apollo Hospital for OPD as well as in patient treatment for two days. There was continuous monitoring and the nursing staff was excellent. Doctors are obviously very good. Excellent housekeeping and good nurses.
Biling department and administration, HUGE LETDOWN.
