★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic service from a five star hotel.. oops hospital. They are just there to loot people. The ambulances just lay around idle and one has to take help from private ambulances to make sure patient reaches the hospital. The emergency care has doctors and senior doctors are on call
Cleanliness is maintained and covid guidelines are followed. This is my personal incident, we had called up Apollo hospitals for transferring my niece who is a year old from panvel. They confirmed the ICU but couldn't send the ambulance (being an emergency and even after speaking to doctor). We had to get an ambulance from Ghatkopar to panvel and then transfer my niece to Apollo. On reaching the hospital, drivers were chit chatting near the ambulance and there were 4 ambulances standing in parking. It was really bad on hospital front to not send an ambulance and making the parents run helter-skelter
