It also houses various govt and private offices like LIC, ASI, BSNL, etc. And ground floor is occupied by various showrooms and outlets of a variety of products and well known brands. Eg: ondoor, variety book house, punjab boot house, central colour lab, etc. A few restaurant Tapti, Hawai Adda, etc.
Overall a good market place. It has ample parking space. And being adjacent to New market it also caters parking needs of shoppers going there as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is here not good or not bad but I thing is important for it, that new market is just few steps ahed from it. Thats the good sign for GTB complex because if you want visit office at GTB complex. You can easily go for shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping complex in TT Nagar, Bhopal, which has the landmark Variety Book House as well as other electronic and clothing outlets. Also houses the Vivekananda library, which was earlier the iconic British Library, since shut down. Parking is usually not a problem, so easier to park here and shop than risk trying to find a spot in TT Nagar proper (unless you are game to park at the multitier parking, which is a Breeze).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Swami Vivekananda Library over there which was worth visiting. I went there for a seminar. The ambiance, facilities, sanitization, books and services provided were also very good.
