I want to give this company a minus rating if it was available bcoz this company gives good promises when we installed the connection but after 10-15 days of it was very bad and I'm also planning to change it immediately i will of course change my network to jio or airtel within 2 -3 days. My suggestion is pls never trust this company because I've experienced that they provide a very bad service and I'm very angry over it?????????????? i think you should not buy connection from this company.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Bad Speed. Every alternate day needt raise speed complaints. Youtube videos needs buffering at 144p, 240p(low) quality for 40Mbps plan, imagine how to play 4K videos. Worst ever broadband experience. Junagadh people need some other quality broadband service provider options like JIO, Airtel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a GTPL broadband connection for around one and a half years. The main problem with GTPL is that its internet is extremely unreliable. It will stop working at any time it finds suitable. And whatever number of complaints you register with the company, it will take its usual amount of time that is around six to twelve hours and sometimes twenty four to forty eight hours. On an average there are around 8 to 10 instances in a month when the internet stops working. The only positive point is that they provide unlimited data and also the speed is good mostly if and when it is functioning. I have become frustrated with this company and will probably opt for Jio. You all decide accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service ever. I have complaint before 6 days but not any solution till date. And customer care people not confirming any time of solution. Even since last four days they are telling the Internet will resume within 24 hours. The repairing person telling every time different problem once they telling problem in cable another time they are telling problem in router looks like lack of knowledge of internet repairing.
