★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst connection! Plus not responsive at all. Whenever we call to them mostly get revert like server is down. It show 9mbps download speed but can't download anything at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service experience of my life..!!call was made 5 days back to customer care, they don't even have customer care person.. All can goes to automated system..!! Even after 5 days, we have to call someone local person who has ishan network to get local junagadh number to get contact..!! Most of the time it rings and rings... After so many time of trying, they pick up call and said we will sort it out..!! They even don't send any person to look at the fault or just to get router set up..!! Pathetic service, unprofessional, irresponsible behavior...!! Don't go for it...!! Please...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the the worst internet service provider. Broadband down every week , need to chase these people because they don't provide number to talk with they just provide ivr , we have to wait for them to call us back. Customer service is pathetic will not listen to you. I have also trusted sales person and install Ishan broadband in Baroda location but ending with deep regret and depression. Even jio sim will give better speed than this. Even if u ready to compromise with speed , broadband will not work at all. Every time there will be cable cut cable issue line issue.
Really really the classic example of world's poorest internet service provider.

There were many reviews available here somehow they changed account or what ,all previous review by others removed otherwise Ishan Netsol will have minus 1lac rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour with poor quality. Not recommended at all. Continuous service breaking sometimes continues 15 days but they are not agree to extend their service to compensate the same. Only if you renew plan then they will compensate your days. Again this is not their policy but they are saying this.also they are charging more than 2000 to customer for shifting near by to existing location. as per my knowledge none of the service provider is charging for shifting to their customer. Very unethical behaviour by sales and support team of Junagadh. They should know value of their customer.
If you raise ticket then they will respond within agreed time. Solution is the another thing but they are responding immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are literally not staying on commitment and irrresponsive and very bad at communication , even they are not saying what's the issue while complaining and just wait and wait for them for call, but we can't call them how's the situation , why network is not coming , we can't call them either thier call is busy or they switch off the phone sothat we can't connect them , they come to ask payment for network yearly but when we call them they are not answering at all
i strongly recommand " DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ISHHAN NETSOL SERVICES. IF YOU WANNA GO WITH STABLE AND BEST NETWORK COVERAGE OR SERVICES . "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not yet completed 1 month for the connection of Ishaan broadband at my home (Junagadh). But in every 1-2 days the internet is shut down 2 to 3 times a day, I have registered the complaint 3 times but no permanent solution was found.
