★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this outlet today and the service providers are nothing less than snooty people. The service is disappointing. After I decided to purchase a Gucci belt, which they said was available and after standing in queue for good 7 mins, suddenly the salesgirl appears saying that the belt had already been sold to someone else. They were not even apologetic from their part. This store is handled by some really unprofessional, ignorant and arrogant people.They should have knowledge about their products. I have purchased Gucci products from international stores and they are so professional and handles their customers with utmost dedication. Maybe this store needs to learn something from them. Start developing humility. It’ll help you professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Nice Experience. Got Gucci Thong (Sandals), GG Belt and a Gucci Signature Colour Sunglasses. Employees are cooperative and friendly and if not comfortable with English, will communicate in Hindi and Bengali (of course). The atmosphere inside the store was extraordinary and brilliant. 10/10 will return soon this year to this store to buy maybe a backpack
