★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order an expensive pair of earrings which was broken when received. Sent it back to Isharya for repair and received it back after more than 1.5 months that too after continuous delays and reminders. To top it all, even after so long I received it broken. Upon informing the Isharya Team about the incident there was no substantial response from their side. This is not the only bad experience. I had bought another expensive bracelet from them which broke off just after being worn once. I think the brand should definitely justify the quality with the price they take. Even if they are not able to meet that criteria they should atleast provide satisfactory service to a customer. Really disheartened and will surely not recommend this brand to anyone.
