My Videocon DVD player was not powering on.
I gave him for repair in the second week of Dec 2021.
He kept it for 1.5 months under the pretext that power module was not available.
In Feb 2022 he returned the player saying that he didn't get the power module.
On last Saturday, when I took it to another service centre, the person opened it and said that all the mechanisms were missing and set is rendered useless.
I called the Guide Electronics and asked, why did he remove the mechanisms.
He denied everything.
I had to render my DVD player as scrap.
Such a cheat they are.
Think twice before going to them.
