★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this Month we have joined Canada tour from Calgary ,this was the worst experience as there was no communication from tour manager and travel schedules and hotel arrangements were worst in 4places, worst bathroom,no proper food arrangements.i would not advised anyone to go Canada Rockies from guidelines.staff were not willing to share owner's mob no, despite several emails.My whole tour was white washed.
Pls never plan to join guidelines .

Guideline Tours and Travels had promised us a separate cook who would accompany us inorder to cook veg. food in Malaysia and Singapore. I don't know whether the cook was a ghost or an invisible man because I didn't find him/her anywhere during my tour. Instead, in Malaysia, we had to eat whatever veg food they served in NON-VEG hotels. Even in Singapore, the food arrangements on 1 out of the 4 days of tour was kept in a non veg hotel inspire of so many veg hotels being in that area. When we asked why this hotel to the tour operator, he said and I quote- " HUMKO INKO BHI BUSINESS DENA PADTA HAI".
I don't know how long they can keep their business running at the expense of their customers needs/comfort.
During our stay in Singapore, We had to go through a fire emergency at midnight due short circuit in fire alarm system and we were stranded on the roads till 2am in the night. The The hotel staff didn't answer our questions clearly as they were was TOO busy in themselves trying to find and resolve the issue and tour operator didn't even bother to pick up the phone and instead later he switched off the phone and went to sleep leaving us on our in an unknown country in the night. Only God knows what would have we done if there was some serious emergency/problem with such responsible tour operator.
Moreover, the itenary of our tour skipped the most popular places like strawberry garden, butterfly garden , stay in Gentin Highland in Malaysia and bird sanctuary, night safari, river safari in Singapore. Although we knew about the itenary beforehand but we still went with this tour because they promised a separate cook (which was not provided). I feel like it would have been better if had just booked some other tour , at least I would have been able to visit the above mentioned places.
The only feeling that I had after the tour was that of being cheated and of dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No 1 travel agency in veg.tour operation in Mumbai with good management with a high class service.some people when they go out of India they dont know how to behave,how to carry their belongings,how food served in the tour,and how to travel in group tour as they travel for the first time. When i travelled with this company i got good treatment every where,a homely humble service with quality Indian food with surprised menu everyday.
Out of India you never expect such qality Indian food in any international tour as guideline provides.wonderful and humble staff always ready for service.All staff in tour manager were very helpful nature with good experience and knowledge.
Thanks Guideline Travel company for such wonderful memories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my parents with this tour and they absolutely loved it. Sujata the tour manager was very friendly and absolutely fantastic. I always had a fear they will not be comfortable but I am glad I took a chance and sent them to Europe with Guideline Tours. They also helped me obtain visas Fromm USA for my Father and the service and professionalism shown by each and everyone was amazing. Will definitely recommend them and will probably do other places through them. They loved it and they definitely loved the tour manager, Sujata.

They are leaders for Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia sector. I would surely recommend them. If you are expecting fine dining experience with your tour operator then sorry to say, you must not go abroad.
