★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is amazing. All the food items tasted very good. There is lots of variety in the items too.
The place is comparatively small but can house a lot of customers at once.
The service is excellent and very fast.
Usually the place is full and you might have to wait in the queue for about 2-5 minutes.
We tried the following items and they tasted really well -
Bun Maska, Bun Maska with Jam, Irani Chai, Kyani Chai, Cold Coffee, Kheema Pav, Kheema Ghotala, Egg Bhurji, Parsi Omlette, Mawa Cake, Walnut Cake, Rum Balls.
This is worth a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is in the prime spot, right opposite to metro, near churchgate. Parking is not available. No gpay/card transactions are available, ONLY CASH. Not crowded during afternoon but services can made better. It was surprising to know, they didn't have any tissues. ?
Mutton kheema fry is the best and even caramel custard was also fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has its own authentic vibe. I really liked the food. The food was amazing. Must try items here are Mutton Kheema Fry, Dhansak, Chicken Siekh Kebab, Chicken pattice. For veg options you could try Dhansak, different types of cakes and iraani chai. For refreshments, you can have fresh lime soda, it comes with both sweet and salty options. Overall the place is very good and pocket friendly. Must try if you visit the locality

DETAILED REVIEW:
♦️ BUDGET : Visited twice. Shouldn't cost more than ₹500 for one.
♦️FOOD : Tried the keema pav, bun maska, scrambled eggs and Irani Chai.
You'll get a strong clove flavour in the keema and chai , but in a good way.I don't drink tea but the Bun maska and chai combo might have got be hooked to the Irani Chai. scrambled eggs were a little watery and wasn't that special.
Eat - Keema pav is the must have.
Avoid - Scrambled eggs
♦️LOCATION+AMBIENCE: Cozy cafe. There's the vintage Vibes that you get here that sets it apart.
♦️ SERVICE : Waiters are promt with service. And polite. They could start using actual cutlery instead of the paper cups and plates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyani and Co which is one the oldest restaurant in entire Mumbai. it started in the year of 1904. It is very famous restaurant. This place is always crowded. we need to wait for table. Mutton keema fry pav is very famous here. I had Mutton Keema fry and chicken sali boti, Mutton Nargis kebabs. Chicken cheese samosa. cherry custard, Caremal custard, Rose falooda and hot cross bun muska. Tase of the all items were great except rose falooda.

This irani cafe is full with family and friends and they serve too good bun and maska bun ( that's their old known names).
We had thousands of dishes and bill was just Rs. 1300.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place it is! Their Kheema Pav is seriously a must try. I can eat it without any Pav or Bread. Just too good, made in Pari-Spices. It was so worth to find the restaurant in Mumbai and experiencing their food. Very well maintained and knows how to do business.The food was good but what I liked more is their hospitality. The owner went to the customers and asked them if they were enjoying the food everything is fine and if we have any complains. They take feedback very seriously and act on it immediately.. The place gives you a feeling of an old coffee shop and it's full of hustle -bustle. It's very easy to find. we had visited in morning so there was good parking space on an weekend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the iconic place in mumbai... All the food have there own different taste... Visited many times.. all time fav keema pav,chicken nuggets, cutlets, pastery, custards,plum cake... After lockdown visited for first time.. enitre management is changed... All are from Up. Dnt expect that old sweet gesture from them.. they literally turned off Fans after we done eating.. this time soda was also not the same old one... Seems like its loosing authenticity.
