★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very good company to work with. They donot have electrical officer onboard. Seniority wages are not paid and discriminated against people joining from outside, against the company policy. If raise voice against this discrimination then you will be removed ! The performance bonus is a farce and the possibility of getting performance bonus is remote. The contract is 3 on 3 off for senior officers, but people have to beg to get signed off and often contracts are extended. Also, they have mostly junk ships and takeover such vessels ! Overall better not to join such company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My honest opinion.for 3yrs i worked. Good company in terms of safety culture.onboard .. High standards of PPE ONBOARD. GOOD Officers and crew . accept for some .no harmony on board .too much gossiping nd spoiling name culture of other crew members onboard. Boss is alwys right culture even if he is wrong special in catering dept .office staff is good expect few.
Coming to the main point i am chief Cook exp 8yrs ..when employed with teekay they took me as second cook stating that..we don't take driectly on High rank .promising me promotion on basis of two good reports ..my second contract didn't go well ..but still they gave me a chance.and i performed well in my 3contract..with a good report and all scope cleared ..now asked for promotion they are saying...we remove second cook rank nd no promotion because we have our old staff pending.
So my question is this fare enough? Don't fall there traps ... companies are just using u when they need u .
