★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a flat in Gulmohar Primrose, Wagholi. At the time of agreement they promised to give possession between Feb - April 2015. I didn't heard back from them after that. In June , I contacted headoffice team,and they promised to give in June all this continued happening and now its October, there is no response from them.
Whole Gulmohar team is making money, they don't value their customer.
I request to you all who are looking to buy home in any of the Gulmohar project, please don't do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If willing to live with daily fear weather water will come or not, electricity may cut down anytime. Welcome to Gulmohar Renaissance then.
This builders team has done many great jobs. 1. Their solar system setup in few of the buildings are done by great engineers who setup solar system which doesn't get sun light in winter season so forget about hot water in winter but you will get it in summer for sure.
2. Bad quality of construction done. Building look awesome from outside but no proper work done inside the flat. If you want to only go for looks then this society is for you, can't be identified while purchasing the flat.
3. High safety concerns- balcony glass from multiple balcony has fallen multiple times. There could be any mishap happen at any time. Low quality glass fitting in terrace.
4. He sold his flats without grills, not sure how could he manage approvals from govt authorities.
5. Difference in agreement on what is told by his sales team, making fool of people. be aware please.
6. Insufficient Parking space and society is mentioned as premium society.
7. Never sticks to his words
8. No source of water, extreme cost of water tankers
9. High mseb bills - high cost of living common and in house both, builder did nothing to save daily cost of living.
10. Builder collected 1.5 lac for maintenance snd now tells zero balance. Leaves society in trouble without completing commitment given.
So if you are ready for extra expenses, this society is for you. This is the real picture, be aware please Thank you.
