Also, beware of this guy named prateek garg (sales team ) . He is a complete fraudster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked flat B1006 in their campaign Zero Cancellation on 27 July 2020 with booking amount Rs. 51000+ Rs 2550 gst. On cancellation of my booking, builder refuse to give full amount of refund amount. It's almost one year over n feel get cheated by this Builder. Mr. Pratik Garg and his team are not reliable for deal. Beware before any commitment with this builder. Very unethical rude approach for customer service. Frustrated to return back my booking amount almost one year is over now but no hope they will return back my money. It's fraud builder.
