★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services in palghar Gundecha woods. No one is taking care of society they are just making a hypothetical situation before taking the flats. No lights no water in society. Please you can invest in another project instead of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a flat In Gundecha Woods Palghar. Things were really nice until My falt got registered and my loan got disbursed.
After that today I have flat without electricity. Builder Is saying he has made the application with MSEB, and now I can not do anything else In this go and talk with Society, may be they can help. Society members are saying we Just took the handover we can not do anything In this. MSEB Is saying It will take 60 working days to Install meter for my flat.
Ideally Builder (Who Is having my 2 years advance maintenance) should have arranged some source for electricity In my flat
Really disappointed with you Gundecha Team:(
