I am a member in Sterling and my membership ID 1244128 , I'm planning for a holiday since sept 2021 for the month of Feb 2022, Oct is about to end as I haven't received any help from Sterling, staff is least bother doesn't help, only keep fooling around, everyday I have to call or text them to check about the bookings.they have tie up with RCI, but both STERLING & RCI speaks different way.
They know how to manipulate
I request you to don't become member in Sterling holiday.
All sale's staff are fake they do lots of promises before payment and fail to fulfill the commitment.
Its a waste of money and time.
