P	Pradeep Singh Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chota Mahadeo or Gupt Mahadev it is also known as Gupt Mahadev. It is a few meters walk from the parking and then you come to a Hanuman statue, where there is a narrow cave opening. Only about 8-9 persons are allowed inside at a time as the cave is very narrow. One has to literally squeeze or move sideways to go inside. Normally there is a line of persons waiting to go inside. Overall it was very good to experience a narrow cave. It is mesmerizing.

There are caves there which are very deep to be said. "Gupt" has hindi translation as secret. So its kind of secrecy lying in this place. You get such vibes here when you get there. Nature soaked place by the way. Liked visiting here. Neverthless to say, this place holds big spiritual importance. Update :- Got to know that the cave here which is now deteriorated has its ways carved to the jatashankar temple premises, which is at other end of pachmhari. Such remarkable constuction from ancient times.

It's dark cave, inside, which you can find Lord Shiva shivling and Lord Ganesh statue. Outside cave there is a huge Lord Hanuman statue. It's a unique experience to visit this place. Must visit.

Bhasmasur was a asur got vardan from lord shiva that he will touch any one’s head and that person or animal will destroy right there but Bhasmasur was so clever and want to destroy Lord Shiva. So meanwhile Lord Vishnu and Brahma looking for solution to that problem, Lord Shiva hide at that place. That’s the story shared with me when I have visited that place.

It’s a narrow cave so walk carefully and not more than 8 people are allowed inside but I will stick to 4-6 people only! You can feel a powerful presence of god shiva here. Do visit
