That the food is mouthwatering, there's no doubt. Their sweets and savouries are both beyond compare.
What spoils it all is the terribly rude and ill behaved people across the counter.
Sometimes when a customer talks to them, they'll pretend that they haven't heard. Then they'll answer back. Worse in fact. They'll shout back at customers.
When the people at the cash counter try to rein them in, they'll shout back at their managers too.
It's up to you really.
Exactly how much are you willing to stand for the sake of good food?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gupta Brothers is a complete trash! they confirmed me that all my sweets will be safely transferred to the US in the pack in which I will pack and that is how it goes and we trusted them and bought Rs 2000 worth of sweets. Every individual sweets in broken in small pieces. I called them and informed and think what they said: You should call the airlines and check with them. They also added you are telling us because you cannot talk to your airline people. Just imagine there is not a single apology. This is how they run business! unbelievable. Where as when we got sweets from other stores like Nakur Nandi and Bhim Naag, they are absolutely intact because they were tightly packed the sweets. Please make sure when you purchase from Gupta brothers you should not trust the people and pack your own sweets in a safe bag. Telling you from my own experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very well managed and spacious all-veg eating joint and snacks corner. Name is more of a brand and you will definitely get a wide variety of dishes that are veg and no less in terms of taste and quantity. The price quantity ratio too is good and you get to choose from exquisite variety of sweets as well. They offer you thalis, snacks, packaged foods and much more. Even if you're a non-veg buff this place won't annoy you anyway. Do cave in!
