★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service . They sell the product but after selling it they dont care to inform for trials or any update . The staff is very rude , they dont knw how to talk to the customer. They dont accept their fault and instead they blame the customer that its the customers fault.. dear its service industry u need to knw dat the customer is always right n change your attitude if u want to survive in this industry. Disappointed with the service and would not recommend anyone to visit their store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service.. staff are arrogant.. not recommended.. finishing of the dresses is not upto mark. Once you buy they promise to provide proper fitting however in reality they do nothing. Nobody give proper response once you purchase.

My legenga came through courier because I don't live in Kolkata. They didn't send any storage bags or any bag as such where we can keep the lehenga for storage. And, I'd suggest, go for hand to hand delivery. That's better than courier delivery. Somehow, the lehenga looked better in the store than when I received it.
