★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gupta's chole bhature is one of the most lipsmacking chole bhature you are going to have in Noida. The place is very famous for their taste, don't be amazed if you see Audi's and BMWs lined up near the stall .
They offer chole bhature for Rs 40 a plate and also Chole Chawal. They put some white chutney kind of thing in the chole which enhances the overall taste.
So next time you crave for chole bhature, just head to Guptaji.
The staff is well behaved and guarantees good treatment. The owner himself cooks their and eats from the same chole... So quality is assured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gupta chole bhature is roadside vendor in sector 30 Noida. If you drive straight on Nithari road from government hospital towards Shashi Chowk you will find it on the left side just before red light.
There are several bikes and couple of cars parked under the tree as people stop here to taste chola bhature.
I got to know about this vendor several years ago from some relative and tried it one noon.
To be honest the bhatura was very oily and didn't look class apart or tempting. In fact a good bhatura is well baked with visible brown colour outside, crunchy and soft inner. Gupta bhatura does not stand on these parameters and looks and tastes like any other roadside stuff.
However the chola was better, though not excellent or class apart.
Thirdly, serving plate and spoons are a concern of hygiene. The utensils are are washed on the roadside itself. I personally feel that every vendor should offer disposable spoons because this is the element that goes inside the mouth and is most likely to carry germs or infections from one mouth to another. After all you can't be sure about the hygiene of another person's mouth.
As if date Gupta chole bhature costs Rs 50 for a plate but that is not very cheap from roadside angle. You can get similar stuff for lesser price.
Still if you want to try it once get the stuff packed, bting home, re-heat and relish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is on the road side on a thela however if you want to have the real taste of chole bhature like an authentic taste of chole then you must try this! Cheap and best! Won't suggest anyone to eat everyday from here because of hygiene reasons but still one should try once!
