OUR STORY SO FAR :
Over the course of eight decades, a lot has changed about us. We have relocated, undergone expansion, developed new product lines & added segments, opened retail chains & stores across India and embraced new markets overseas. One thing hasn’t changed - we’re still a tight-knit family business, committed to serving the most authentic taste of India through our products.
Our origins can be traced back to a small namkeen shop in Bikaner founded by Ganga Bishan Agarwal (Haldiram Ji). This modest shop quickly gained popularity and scaled up to meet a booming demand for its unique-tasting bhujia. Building on this legacy, his grandson, our pioneer Mr. Shiv Kishan Agrawal steered the business towards the heights it has tasted today.
Determined to take bhujia beyond the boundaries of Bikaner, he shifted base to Nagpur in 1970. We opened our first full-production unit to introduce a delectable variety of savouries, sweets and beverages to the market. The success of this venture led us to expand and evolve as a brand, that is an integral part of every Indian household.
From our formative years, he instilled the value of keeping the tradition and quality intact, even as we matured as a company. All our products maintain a consistent sense of simplicity. The ingredients and recipes were picked to accentuate these ideas and are followed to this date. We promise that all our products are natural, wholesome and have a homemade feel to them.
Although, Haldiram’s is about more than just food. By creating a strong sense of community and supporting our associates, we continue to feel like a true family business. We carry these values with us as we operate together to serve generations of happy connoisseurs across the globe and continue to be the nation’s beloved snack-food company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haldiram never disappoints. It has been great delight for foodies to have Haldiram franchise now open at Mall of India.
The food quality is superb as always. But I did find the staff to be rather slow. Maybe they are new and need time to adjust to the high frequency of orders at the store. Specially in the mall.

The restaurant is apt for quick bites and wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking for fine ambience and dining

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience today, ordered couple of things (Matar Kulcha, Cholle Bhature, Pao Bhaji, Masala Dosa, Raj Kachori and Honey Chilli potato).
Late delivery of food items while it wasn't crowded at all. Shortage of staff handling customers.
I asked for feedback form as well, have submitted the form on payment/order desk.
Matar Kulcha was handed over quite late ! They didn't had stock of Kulcha. Later when we ate it, it was tasteless, 0 salt in matar.
Cholle Bhature was ok type.
Pao Bhaji was nice, thereby ordered again.
Masala Dosa was ok type.
Raj Kachori was horrible.
Honey Chilli potato taste was pathetic. I wish to threw it.
2* given for Pao Bhaji, Cholle Bhature & Masala Dosa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wave City Centre gets the best restaurant for the vegetarians, The Haldiram. Having such small space but the arrangements is at best. Food is as usual very good and consists of North Indian to South Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian. Deserts are mouthwatering. They serve you all the Sweets with seasonal bests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this place, it has good selection and hygienic conditions. However, during the pandemic, their quality has deteriorated. For example, their pani puri had an dominant palm oil smell. Earlier they used refined oils. Cutting corners to save cost will cost footfall in long term. Hope they get back to their old quality standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a early lunch for us here, the place was fairly quite around that time. We ordered rajma rice combo, dal makhani rice with rice and Chilli garlic noodles, masala chaas. The rajma rice was a little bland for our liking and not up to the mark of its taste but the dal makhani was amazing, creamy and thick. Both the curries were placed on top of a bed of flavorful basmati peas pulao and were served with pickle. The chilli garlic noodles on our order was a clear winner for us, packed with deft spices and sauces, it was awesome in taste. Even the masala chaas was nice topped with hing and jeera. The parking and seating are comfortable, was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haldiram has always been serving awesome taste with hygiene. They have now upgraded their ambience with an exquisite touch of comfort and modern outlook. I can say that they have now established themselves as world leader in Indian snacks. They deserve five stars, but in my opinion, the prices can be moderated a bit to get that. My experience there was great.

The quality of food is maintained as it used to be there several years ago. Chole Bhature is still the favorite and the best food of this outlet. It is situated at the ground floor in Logix Mall Noida
