★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good doctor delivered here recently. Doctor Rajan never forces for C section will always go for normal delivery unless situation doesn't permit. Listens patiently and available at all times. His wife helped us after the delivery also when my baby was having some health issue on a Sunday night when no paediatrician was even taking a call.

We needed birth time of 2 of my family members urgently as we could not find the discharge card anywhere.
Contacted Gupte Maternity Home to share this detail based on the birth date and parents details that we shared.
For 3 days, no communication or update from them.
On 3rd day, when we followed up, they very smartly ask you to come to their place and pay Rs. 500 for per detail we need.
This is just for a single piece of print out that they charge Rs. 500.
We only needed the birth time and not the copy.
We stay at Borivali now, this is located in Mahim - distance is 30kms.
In this COVID time, they are forcing us to travel 30kms and come to the clinic, pay Rs. 500 and then get the birth time information.
Even after repeated requests and speaking to the doctor, he stays adamant and slyly asks you to just come over.
What sort of money making mentality and attitude is this?
During COVID, most of the doctors are trying to avoid making patients/people travel to them and managing things virtually. But these people are more interested in charging fees and harassing people for such petty reasons.
They had the details right in front of them but refuse to share the time for want of Rs. 500 per patient.
This is very shameful. Just new techniques of extracting money from people without even understanding the current situation or the plight of the person who would have to travel 30kms for such a small piece of information.
All this harassment only because the doctor wants to make Rs. 1000 out of this.
Such people in this noble medical profession actually force common man to not trust the profession.
Disgusting attitude and shamelessness by a Doctor.

We travel all the way from Vashi to Mahim to consult him. Both Dr. Rajan Gupte and Dr.(Mrs) Shilpa Gupte r so down to earth personalities. Dr. Rajan Gupte is very cool n calm person. Last month we successfully carried out my mother's uterus laproscopy in Gupte Maternity & Surgical Home. My mother is carrying full questionary with her. And Dr. Gupte was replying to her each n every question calmly. He is having very high patience level. Thank u Dr. Rajan Gupte and Dr. Shilpa Gupte for your support.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Dr. Rajan Gupte and Dr. Shilpa Gupte leave no stone unturned to make you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole motherhood phase. I had complications during my pregnancy but the doctors explained, supported and handled my pregnancy and delivery complications very well and I delivered a healthy baby girl. The doctors are very knowledgeable but very modest and always available for consultation in person as well as on the phone. I would highly recommend Gupte Maternity home to my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had both my deliveries at Gupte Maternity Home. I was at Jaipur during my first pregnancy but came down to Mumbai just to have the delivery here as my sister and my cousins prior to that had their babies delivered here and were both very happy with their experience.
Dr. Rajan Gupte is very knowledgeable and with his easy smile and gentle approach made the monthly check ups very smooth ..especially during this covid period.
Dr. Shilpa Gupte made me very comfortable during my surgery and helped calm my nerves during the surgery with her soothing voice and gentle touch. They both explained what was going happen each step of the way to help me feel comfortable.
I highly recommend Gupte Maternity home to my family and friends.
